Mánudaginn 20. febrúar er bolludagur. Þann dag mega nemendur koma með bollu að heiman í nesti.  Miðvikudaginn 22. febrúar er öskudagur. Það er skertur skóladagur og hér má sjá dagskrá öskudags. Við hvetjum alla til að mæta í búningum.  Fimmtudag og föstudag er vetrarleyfi. Þá daga er skólinn lokaður.

Next week will be short at school.  Monday and Tuesday are normal school days. Monday is „Bolludagur“  which translates directly to “Bun day”, That day children are allowed to bring cream buns, filled with jam and topped with chocolate, to school. Wednesday, ash Wednesday  is flexible. Children from 1st to 4th grade are in school between 8:30 and 12:00. Children from 5th to 7th grade are from 8:30 to 10:00.  Most children wear costumes to school.

Winter vacation is on Thursday and Friday. Then the school is closed.
